Programs
The Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis hosts a variety of key programs, including:
Collaboration for Women’s Economic Success with Rung for Women
We’re looking for volunteers to support our partners at Rung for Women and their social capital programs. Women (and men!) at any level of employment are invited to share their expertise and experiences with Rung members who need your support.
Rung empowers women to grow and achieve sustained independence through co-located and coordinated educational, professional, and economic resources. The Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis is a proud co-designer of the Rung program.

Women in the Workplace: Employment Scorecard Initiative
Continuously growing since 2017, the Women in the Workplace: Employment Scorecard incentivizes organizations to improve their policies and practices for female employees. Click here to read the 2018 Scorecard Report.
Seeking Solutions Symposium
Each year, WFSTL invites the community to a panel event where local experts share their insights and work related to a specific topic that relates to women’s economic success in St. Louis. Click here to read about our 2019 symposium centered on period poverty.
Making a Difference
The annual Making a Difference (held in the fall) event celebrates our community’s collective impact on the lives of women in St. Louis. Each year features different guest speakers, and we recognize prominent women leaders in our region who are making a difference in advancing women’s economic success.
