Shalia Ford, Director of Leadership Programs | Women in Leadership and Youth Leadership at Focus St. Louis and WFSTL Board member, will be sharing insights on the importance of friendships in our lives. This short discussion will focus on the role that social connections and camaraderie have on our wellbeing. The discussion aims to highlight the crucial nature of these relationships.
