Building Forward Together: The New Reality of DEI

Building Forward Together The New Reality of DEI-4In response to the growing uncertainty confronting many nonprofits—particularly those rooted in equity, inclusion, and diversity—we are hosting a symposium focused on the State of DEI. This presentation will examine recent legislation, budget reductions, and executive orders, and explore how they may conflict with established civil rights protections. As the political, educational, and nonprofit sectors continue to evolve, understanding the shifting DEI landscape is more critical than ever. Through this dialogue, we aim to equip organizations with actionable knowledge, foster strategic partnerships, and strengthen our collective path forward.
