Since creating the Scorecard in 2017, over 100 organizations have participated. In 2025, we honored 11 organizations as the best places to work for women.

The Women in the Workplace Employment Scorecard incentivizes organizations to improve their policies and practices for female employees while also researching and promoting best practices to recruit, retain, and advance women.
The 2026 Women in the Workplace Employment Scorecard is being released on Equal Pay Day, March 4, 2026. This day is the symbolic observance that raises awareness and advocates for pay equity.
